A display that resizes as the face moves? Apple zooms in

Filed today from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, a brand new Apple patent application dubbed "Scaling of Visual Content According to User Proximity," details a topic with which the display automatically scales when your face moves toward or from the device.

The technology would offer two means of scaling the display.
